Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Speediator, we strive to deliver high-quality, exclusive business leads that help you grow your enterprise efficiently. Our policies regarding cancellations and refunds are designed to maintain transparency and fairness for all parties involved.


1. Subscription Cancellation

·       You may cancel your monthly lead package subscription at any time through your Speediator account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

·       Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the billing month.

·       After cancellation, you will retain access to any unused leads in your package until they expire, typically 30 days from issuance, unless otherwise stated.


2. Lead Usage and Expiry

·       All leads allocated within a monthly package are subject to a 30-day validity period.

·       Unused leads remaining after 30 days will expire and cannot be carried forward or refunded unless explicitly specified in your package terms.

·       Automatic recharge of the package (if enabled) will continue monthly until cancelled.


3. Refund Policy

·       We do not provide refunds for leads that have been delivered to you as part of your subscription.

·       Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

o   If a lead is verified as invalid due to incorrect or unreachable contact details (e.g., wrong phone number or email).

o   If the buyer denies intent to engage with your business within 12 hours of lead delivery.

·       In cases qualifying for a refund, Speediator will offer either a replacement lead or a credit equivalent to the cost of the invalid lead applied toward your next billing cycle.

·       Requests for refunds or lead replacements must be submitted within 24 hours of lead delivery via your account or by contacting support@speediator.in with evidence of the issue.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

·       Setup fees, subscription activation fees, and charges for additional add-ons or upgrades are non-refundable.

·       Payments made for leads obtained outside of subscription packages (e.g., one-time promotions or events) follow the same refund eligibility criteria above.


5. How to Cancel

·       Log in to your Speediator account and navigate to the subscription management section to cancel or modify your package.

·       Alternatively, email support@speediator.in with your registered email and request cancellation.

·       You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
